THE GOSPEL
The gospel begins with God.
Before there was sin, a cross or a need for salvation, there was God. He created all things and made you for His glory.
One story. Five necessary truths.
To understand the good news, we must first understand who God is, what has happened to us, and what Jesus Christ has done.
CREATION
God created you for His glory.
In the beginning, God created the heaven and the earth.
He made all things, and everything was good.
He created you in His image to know Him and to be in fellowship with Him forever.

REBELLION
You have turned from God.
Adam and Eve disobeyed God, and through one man’s sin entered into the world.
We all have sinned and chosen our own way instead of God's.
You have broken God’s holy commandments.

SEPARATION
Your sin has made you an enemy of God .
Sin does not leave us neutral. It separates us from God.
You are an enemy of God because God is perfectly holy and righteous.
We cannot save ourselves or earn His favor.

SALVATION
God has provided reconciliation through Jesus Christ.
Jesus Christ lived the sinless life you should have lived, died the death you deserve, and rose from the dead. Through His shed blood on the cross and His resurrection, God can forgive sin and restore you to Himself.

RESPONSE
What must I do to be saved?
God commands all people everywhere to repent and believe the Gospel. Turn to God from your sin and trust in Jesus Christ alone for salvation. Eternal life is by faith in Jesus Christ alone and not by any of your good works or deeds.
